Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy covers anything you buy through the uniform shop or the leavers hoodie shop on this website. It does not take away any of your legal rights as a customer.

Changed your mind?

For items that are not personalised, you have 14 days to cancel your order. The 14 days start the day after you receive the item. Tell us by email at info@mediaandmore.co.uk with your name and order details. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items need to come back unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. If an item has been worn or handled more than you would in a shop, we may take that off your refund.

Personalised items

Leavers hoodies printed with a name cannot be returned because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. They are made for you, so we cannot sell them to anyone else. Please check names, spellings and sizes carefully before you order.

This does not affect your rights if a personalised item is faulty or not what you ordered. See below.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as you can. Within 30 days of receiving it you are entitled to a full refund. After that, we will offer a repair or a replacement, and if that does not put things right you can still ask for a refund. This applies to personalised items too, including a misprinted name.

We will cover the cost of returning a faulty or wrong item.

We recommend a tracked service, because the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us that you have sent it, whichever comes first. If you cancel the whole order, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid. The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
